I may sell homes… but this fall, I decided to grow something new. 🌱 Before the first heavy frost/snow hit, I built my very first raised-bed garden! I’ve always had a great garden, but this year I was ready to dive into root veggies, especially garlic. Fun fact: you can plant garlic in the spring, but fall planting produces much bigger bulbs. So this year, I planted 78 cloves, which should give me 78 beautiful bulbs to dry and preserve for year-round cooking. Easy peasy… and incredibly satisfyin
